The New York Islanders have two more draft picks to add to their stockpile. With their fourth-round pick, no. 125 overall, they selected Cameron Berg, a center out of the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL.
He probably is not related to Alec Berg, a Seinfeld writer who had a good enough John Houseman name that they named a character after him so that they could shoehorn in that joke (in a hockey episode!). MR. BERG.
Anyway, here’s the scouting report on Berg.

In the fifth round, the Islanders took LW Eetu Liukas. So now they have an Aatu and an Eetu from this draft. I, personally, am a fan of drafting Finns. And I’m not even Finnish!
Here’s the report on Liukas. He sounds like a physical guy.
157. Islanders take power winger Eetu Liukas. Mean, angry and physical but couldn't get a regular shift in the SM-Liiga. Kinda disappointing season but room for improvement. pic.twitter.com/ZW0jMhL2qa

Their next pick is coming up soon.
