The Islanders welcome the Flyers to town, and sure hope they get the Jekyll (or is it Hyde?) version of the visitors’ inconsistent selves.
While the Islanders are in a three-way dogfight at the top of the division (two points behind the Capitals entering today), the Flyers come into tonight five points adrift of the final playoff spot, as the Bruins dispatched the Penguins earlier today.
Barry Trotz didn’t disclose who would play goal (though some have noted Ilya Sorokin has gotten results against the Flyers this year, so maybe?). Here’s his media availability:

Also, one of Lou Lamoriello’s Stupid Rules Just Because is that we don’t get to hear from injured players, ever. So, nice to at least hear by proxy through Brock Nelson how captain Anders Lee is doing:
Brock Nelson said Anders Lee has been around the practice rink of late, still active in the #Isles team group text chat. "He's still our leader."

Get well soon at the appropriate pace, Anders!
