The New York Islanders have back-to-back games in Boston, where the Bruins will want to avenge their five losses already suffered at the hands of the invaders this season.

The Bruins hold on to the fourth and final East Division playoff spot, but they have just a four-point lead (though with two games in hand) on the surging Rangers, so they are not quite comfortable yet.

It’s a new look compared to the team the Islanders have handled in a variety of successful ways this season (nailbiters, OT, blowout, etc.): This will be our first look at the Bruins with deadline acquisitions Taylor Hall, Mike Reilly and Curtis Lazar in the fold.

They also have a healthy Tuukka Rask back and ready to start.

For the Islanders, Ross Johnston and Michael Dal Colle have come off IR but I’m not sure where they’d fit given the trade deadline additions and the fact the Islanders won their last two games. They likely await an injury for their next opportunity.
