The New York Islanders welcome to the Coliseum the New York Rangers, again. Last time out, the Rangers outplayed the Isles en route to a 4–1 win, so expect the Islanders to look a bit more refreshed tonight.
Oliver Wahlstrom has drawn back into the lineup in favor of Leo Komarov. Thank heavens.
Oliver Wahlstrom taking warmups for #Isles

No Komarov for #Isles warmups. I'm no detective, but that tells me Wahlstrom's in.

Also, I was hoping that Kyle Palmieri would get the first run on the top line with Mathew Barzal and Jordan Eberle, but it appears that Travis Zajac gets that turn.
Looks like Zajac will skate with Barzal and Eberle to start

That likely means that Wahlstrom will skate with Palmieri and Jean-Gabriel Pageau, unless Anthony Beauvillier dropped down to LW3 and Palmieri took his spot at LW2.
Unfortunately, we do not have more information to determine that. However, we do know that Ilya Sorokin will face off against his buddy Igor Shesterkin tonight.

As @BComptonNHL would say, "You wanted the best, you've got the best..."

It's #Isles Ilya Sorokin vs. #NYR Igor Shesterkin tonight, first time in the NHL. Pals, competitors and national team teammates.
Let’s beat their asses.
