The Islanders were quiet the first day of free agency. They did, however, make a loud move on Monday, sending defenseman Devon Toews to Colorado for two second-round picks. The move was needed to free up cap space to sign their remaining free agents and possibly a forward. But was it the right move? Dan and Noel discuss.

In a series of surprising moves, the Islanders qualified forward Joshua Ho-Sang. In turn, Ho-Sang filed for arbitration. We imagine what a Ho-Sang arbitration hearing would be like.
