- The Capitals used some of the cap space they acquired in the Matt Niskanen-Radko Gudas swap to give trade deadline pickup Carl Hagelin a four-year contract with a $2.75 million AAV. [NHL]
- The Rangers have brought back Tanner Glass to work in their front office, representing the first move new president John Davidson has made. [NY Post]

- Brad Marchand is sad that the Blues “stole” his and his Bruins’ dream and St. Louis fans couldn’t be happier. [SLGT]
