John Tavares will make his return to Nassau Coliseum as a member of the Maple Leafs tonight. Rumor has it the Islanders will play a video tribute to the former captain, during which the fans in attendance will undoubtedly give him the warm welcome he’s hoping for.
In the event the team’s tribute fails to adequately capture the JT Era in all its magnificent glory, I decided to make my own video to honor him in the way he truly deserves.
