Mike and Dan discuss a week of ups, downs and hilarious weirdness as the Islanders beat the league-leading Tampa Bay Lightning after two odd games against the Rangers.

They also look ahead to a packed pre-All Star break schedule, lament the lack of attention the team’s underdog story has garnered from around the league and urge fans to have fun during this resurgent season. Finally, they give the Islanders’ Cizikas-Clutterbuck-Martin trio a proper name because “the fourth line” really isn’t cutting it. And remember: Don’t feed the trolls (even well-respected ones).
