Islanders News: Have you taken your Fish Oils today?

x- gon' give it to ya.

Nice work, kid.
Nice work, kid.
Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

It hasn't been a smooth season for the Islanders, and I'm as guilty as anyone for harshly analyzing and criticizing every minute they've played (and not played). But that was a hell of a performance last night to get a win then they needed one. Feels good to have seen it.

Playoffs are clinched, but the work is not done. Let's hope some dudes heal up. Next game is Thursday at the Garden.
