  • A week after the deadline trade, Justin Schultz made his debut for the Pens and did okay(!) [Post-Gazette]
  • Jonathan Drouin is back! Sort of. He's decided to swallow the medicine and report to AHL Syracuse. [Raw Charge]
  • After Georges Laraque said he heard Quebec was being excluded from the expansion process, Bill Daly had to issue a statement re-iterating no decisions or timetables have been reached. [Yahoo]
  • For real though, the Coyotes could be closing in on arena deal with ASU (which has a hockey program now) to get out of Glendale. [AZ Central]
  • Officially now: Idiot Zac Rinaldo is suspended five games in the AHL after a check to the head of Kane LaFranchise, to complement his five-game NHL suspension for a check to the head. [AHL]
