The Islanders have confirmed the passing of dynasty coach Al Arbour at the age of 82.
Absolutely no words in this or any other space can truly capture what Arbour meant to the Islanders franchise, Long Island, the NHL or the sport of hockey in general. The man was a decorated player, coach, innovator, motivator and legend that few can match.
We'll have more on the life and passing of Al Arbour as more reactions and stories filter in. For now, here are some Twitter reactions from those that knew or played for the man known as "Radar."
