[Isles official release here]
This gets the Isles a tremendous head start on next year where they already have Andrew MacDonald, Brian Strait, Matt Carkner and a deal to be worked out with pending RFA, Travis Hamonic. The Bridgeport defensemen will continue to press for the big club and additions could be made to Bridgeport in the persons of Andrey Pedan, Scott Mayfield, Brenden Kichton and there's an outside chance that last year's first rounder Griffin Reinhart makes the big club.
Visnovsky has been an outstanding possession player for the Isles and a welcome, poised addition to the power play as well as at even strength. Contrary to what many Islander fans thought, he has been nothing but a professional since his arrival and should be a great influence on the young defensemen in the system. Hopefully, Lubo is the first domino to fall in free agent tolerance!
As a matter of fact, it looks like he likes it here so much, his agent is saying he signed a no move clause with the club.
Islanders announce Visnovsky signing. Lubo never had issue with NYI as media continually and falsely reports and signed "No-Move" contract.

Next up, Isles fans wait to see the outcome of Mark Streit extension talk.
Additional news perhaps?
Niagara and @strome18 eliminated from OHL playoffs tonight. Would imagine Strome will be joining BPT in next few days. #Isles
