Tonight's Bridgeport Sound Tigers preseason game is an early one -- 6 p.m. start -- against the Manchester Monarchs. It's streamed live at the official site. Details on following along are below.
For the lineup, the Sound TIgers say scratches include Anders Nilsson, Brandon DeFazio, Blair Riley, Casey Cizikas, Ty Wishart and Calvin de Haan, with one more to add (it's Matt Watkins). Colin McDonald, Travis Hamonic and David Ullstrom are the alternate captains. Kevin Poulin starts.
If you missed last night's affair -- a 3-1 win over Providence, here are some highlights from a center-ice cam and via the Sound Tigers YouTube channel:

As usual, you're encouraged to look for updates via Twitter too (you don't need a Twitter account), via the official @TheSoundTigers and the Post's Michael Fornabaio @fornabaioctp. Fornabaio also has a live blog here.
As for our community of regulars -- old-timers and first-timers alike -- consider this your game thread. Serious observations and random tangential are all welcome.
