Nice rise for Kessel, 6'2"/204 (according to USA Hockey), the Islanders' 6th-round choice, 166 overall in 2007. His brother, Bruin Phil, played in the 2005 tourney.
David Ullstrom (4th round, 102nd overall, 2008) is on Sweden's roster. Josh Bailey won't be on Canada's because he's ours, mwahaha.
