Not that the NHL needs more teams... Still, one of our final diversionary exercises of the summer will be a mock expansion draft, coordinated by the SB Nation hockey hub. First step: Vote on which two cities to faux "expand" to. Second step: Expansion draft! That means we need to figure out a protected list for the Islanders. I'll have the rules for that up a little later.
