The Islanders, who haven't won a game at home since 1982, host the Anaheim Ducks for a matinee. It's a 1 pm local start time, which is 4 am California time so let's hope the Islanders can catch Getzlaf and company napping.
FIG picks here. Don't wait.

Pronman's take on BST
The Sound Tigers made a game of it, but ultimately lost 4-3 to Syracuse last night. Prospects watcher Corey Pronman was on-hand to watch the game and had some thoughts afterwards on Bridgeport's blueline:
The Big Griff looked pretty solid. Mobile, physical, moved puck fine, got up into the attack, make D plays. Not off standout, but some skill

Pulock pretty good offensively. Aggressive in the attack, elite shot, good IQ. Defensive play had good flashes but still needs work there.

Pelech and Mayfield quality as well esp Mayfield before a fight cut his ice time. NYI have 4 real D prospects there.
