You can call out players and coaches and GMs and owners. But I think it's the fact that the Islanders are stuck in a LOSING CULTURE. They just do not know how to WIN and be WINNERS. Although they might be getting closer with the help, and soon hopefully to be LEADERSHIP of JT.

This team can play with any team on mostly any night in the NHL. They even manage(d) to get leads but cannot seem to be capable of holding them.

Whatever personnel changes are made or not, this team/franchise/organization must see itself as being WINNERS.

I think that is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect that MUST BE CHANGED.
