It is almost draft day, we have the #4 pick what should we do?

I think we should try to get Ryan Murray a player with his skills is definitely what we need on this team due to the lack of defense we have on the team at the moment.

On to the Free Agency....

Targets that the Islander's should be after are

Jay Bouwmeester- this 29 year old defenseman can supply the Islanders with a great partner for Andrew Macdonald.

Jordan Staal- Lets be honest with our selfs here, Frans has proved himself as a dynamic player in this league. In my opinion he isn't a 2nd line center he is a great 3rd line center. Jordan Staal has proven he has what it takes to be a threat and can really help secondary scoring which is crucial fort the Islanders to be playoff bound.

Alexander Semin- Used to be one of the most dominatant players in the NHL and is at least a 20 goal scorer at least. Semin can provide many more goals with him being a deadly sniper. He has repeated he is not going back to the caps due to ice time and not being put on the PK. The Islanders can use a man like Semin and definitely have enough Cap room.

LONG SHOT

Ryan Suter- if Ryan would sign with the Isles when he tests the Free Agency would be a dream come true! Ryan is a power play Captain and easily a top 10 D-man in the league the only thing the Isles have that most teams don't is the Cap room.
