Is Capuano's coaching style to blame for the Isles record?

If anyone caught the post game, Cappy made a comment following the 5-1 win over the Red Wings, i felt was a little telling of part of the Isles problems. " We approach every game the same". Now I'm not going to say i know how to coach, but i would think you need to adjust your plan according to who your playing. The wings play a structured game that doesn't rely on speed. That is why the Isles D had a good handle on containing them while trying to enter the zone. Guys like Staios and Eaton were able to play the position game and not chase. Then you take a team like the Ducks who play a high paced game. D gets caught out of position due to the lack of speed. They are then playing the chase game and have a difficult time gaining control and creating offense. Now that in mind, should Cappy go into every game with the same plan? or should he be using different defensive coverage according to the Team they are playing?
