Watching Kyle Okposo make the #5 overall selection at the draft was pretty cool. I think the NHL should mandate the captains of each team to be at the draft and make the 1st round selections. Kind of like how the captain drafted you in kickball back in elementary school. Just an idea I thought would be a nice welcome to the new guys while getting some of the players involved during the summer. Thoughts?
