Live in Baltimore (hence the name) Have Comcast.. or Infinity TV or whatever they are calling it these days..

and every time I try to go and order the NHL center ice package (I used to do it on my computer, but computer's seen better days, so I think it's more reliable to go for the TV package) it says that it's currently out of season... which it is, but preseason starts up on the 23rd (As I'm sure you all know) so I'd love to have it before then.. anyone know if it's one of those things you can't do online and you actually have to call someone and speak to a human? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and again sorry if something similar to this was already posted.
