how much is the cap floor?

where are we at right now?

when we sign everyone returning where are we gonna be around? i assume there are players who are in arbitration or something...  but assuming a number where will we be?

if we are far off is it possible to sign enough people to reach the floor? i keep reading there's no one left..

and what is the punishment for not reaching the floor? if we can't pay someone enough to play here how is wang gonna hit the number?
