I posted about the idea earlier and got mixed responses. I think if we are to go ahead with it now would be a perfect time to begin organizing the mock draft. I will probably need some assistance from the site regs like JPinVA and from Dom to help organize this large idea. So just shouting out to them and any other regs who would like to assist and participate. I think for hockey and our first attempt a 1 round draft will be best.

Details on how to sign up after the jump. 

1. Leave name, Email, Top 5 NHL teams you wish to draft for (note: since we are only doing 1 round do not pick a team with no 1st rnd pick. AND Do NOT PUT THE ISLANDERS AS ONE OF YOUR 5!) after those 2 indicate your interest in the Islanders drafting position.

Islanders position will be done randomly!

2. Once draft people are determined we will begin the draft the morning after the final game of the Stanley Cup.

Draft Procedure

• 24 hour clock for picks
• Not sure how we will announce. Hopefully we can do it as fan posts that get bumped to the main page.
• With your pick you must include
  •  
    • Players ISS Ranking
    • At least 100 words on why you chose this player for your team
    • Players Bio and other information (Hgt weight etc.)
  • Then Indicate what the next pick is and who is on the clock
