In our NHL Power Rankings, Ottawa's tailspin has finally dropped them below the Islanders -- but the Isles are still 28th because the Devils' rebound has brought them up to the slot Ottawa vacated, 27th. Toronto has some breathing room above all three. At the other end of the table, Vancouver, Philadelphia and Tampa Bay remain the class nerds. As for the media rankings, I'll give you one guess what the common quip was for the Islanders this week.
