I do not care how you show it. The Islanders are on a 5 game losing streak. This was the season that we were not going to accept this. No more moral victories. A loss is a loss is a loss.

1. Nino is skating finally, hopefully he will play Thursday. Put him on the 2nd line with Grabner and Nielsen.

2. Drop Okposo to the 3rd line with Bailey and Comeau.

4. Bring up Wishart

5. Bring Up Donavan

5. Bench Rolston

6. Bench Pandolfo

7. Bench Eaton

8. Bench Straios

Okposo has to prove himself to be worthy of 2nd line duty. Hopefully it will be a wakeup call to him. Also it might send the message to both Comeau and Bailey. If that does not wake them up bench Bailey and Comeau and bring up Justin DiBenedetto and David Ullstrom who have been lighting it up in BP.

By adding Haley to the 4th line will bring energy, change of pace.

Defense is old and slow. Streit has lost a step Amac and Hamonic proved last year they could play top pair. Have Streit babysit Wishart and Jurcina babysit Donavan. They can’t be any worse than Eaton and Staios.

Goalies have not been the problem in any game. We have one of the best GA in the league. It is time to make changes. We need to wake this team up, before we are out of it by Thanksgiving again.
