DP's latest injury is B.S. This is an elaborate scheme by Frank Cashen Snow in order to move one of the other goaltenders. He didnt like the offers that were coming in because the other GM's knew that he was under the gun and HAD to make a move on one of his netminders, this potential DP 'swelling' may cause some teams (SECOND city, filthadelphia) to step up their game and offer a higher pick

sigh...he is simply just hurt again and in that case I am sick of it.. stick with Roleson and maybe trade him draft day or for something else for the expiring contact if you dont get what you want now.

I think
a lot of people tend to underestimate how badly injured DiP was. A player in his 30s would have most likely retired. It can easily be a season or two till he’s back to his former self or it might never happen and we have the longest termed backup Goalie ever. Only time will tell.

if Garth Snow was using it as some sort of poker faced bluff, wow I am impressed. Good try to push up the pot and win some higher stakes.
