He can't help himself.  He did irt all of the time when he was on HNL....Now he does it to Howie Rose.....

He has the old Chris Matthews disease....interrupting and talking over people at any given moment.

The thing I like about having Butch in the booth is that he really doesn't try to pretend like he isn't roooting for the Islanders (I know all announcers root for the teams that threy work for but Butch really sounds like and Isles fan).

I Love It.  He stepped already Howie on Bailey's Goal early in the game.  Its kinda funny...and he loved the play by Bailey on The Comeau game winner.  He's like..."OH WHAT A PLAY!!!"  before the play is even over.

He'll get better probably but its great.
