Heh, no doubt. It’s fun to follow this stuff and piece things together, and match it up against prior hunches.
Not sure what Gordon is gaining by acknowledging it this way — pride and “told ya so’s”? — but I don’t mind it. Of course, he didn’t mention anyone by name — the beat reporter did that. So maybe he’s just talking about a batch of rotten produce and he’s firing their caterer.
