Habs-Bruins 8 April 71: A Comeback for the Ages
Thought several of you -- BC in particular -- might enjoy this fantastic look back at the Habs' comeback against the heavily favored Bruins in 1971, paving the way for another Cup.
BC mentioned recently that Espo admitted the Bruins didn't take seriously what they needed to do to win more Cups (contrast to the '80-'83 Islanders), so this bit fit in perfectly.
It's a long piece -- and very good, with lots of video and photos (the shot of Dryden in scrawny pads is priceless). Robert at Habs blog Eyes on the Prize specializes in that kind of thing.

Interesting
They have the highlights of Game 7 of the Hawks-Habs Final as well. That was the last time the Hawks were that close to the Cup. They have not won since 1961. This could be their year.
