Sillinger to AHL Bridgeport
Point Blank says that Mike Sillinger, still rounding into form after hip surgery last February, will report to (first-place!) AHL Bridgeport for a conditioning stint.
With Nate Thompson hurt, Mike Comrie missing recent games because of his own hip rehab, and Josh Bailey's 9-game clock ticking, the Islanders will soon face some interesting decisions at center.
